I ran out of my regular medication. Unfortunately I had to call four times and tried sending an app to their store. When I called in I explained what had happened and the young man helped me get a new supply. In this weather this was a real gift for me.

Nothing but good to say about staff in shop itself even fixed my phone when in translation difficulties (my phone made acoup attempt🤬) but staff sorted it out for me with all the thanks I can send in a post😜😜, THANKS LADIES😍😇

Staff are rude, massive queues, only 4 seats, one crammed behind a pillar. Update- damn I was harsh! This was from a long time ago to be fair and it WAS hellish. I rarely go there thee days but defo improved, some of the staff are lovely these days, one of the pharmacists in particular always went above and beyond to help, so I'm changing my past rating from 1/5 to 3/5 I might be going there today, hopefully I'll see I was right to increase my rating :)

Don't understand any of the bad reviews... staff are always very friendly & helpful, & amazing with my 2 year old daughter! They are always super fast when dealing with my prescription, most times don't even really need to wait. Place has been renovated now so it's a lot bigger too..

Quick, efficient friendly staff. I use this pharmacy regularly as my repeat prescription goes directly from my GP surgery to here. Wide selection of medicinal products to buy without prescription. I have never had long to wait on any prescription. Down side is they never seem to have all my medication at once so I have to return again for the rest. There are only four seats and one is squished behind a pillar right at the door. There is disabled access. There is always a pharmacist available if you need to discuss medication. Bring a reusable bag if you don't wish to pay for one! There is also a post office housed in the same room if you like.. handy as there are less and less of these now and this is where one is hidden!

Very busy place and doesn't look friendly at first. People working there are very helpful-maybe not service with a smile-but they will definitely do their best to resolve any health problem you will turn to them with. They managed to recognize the begonning of chest infection before my Gp did...helped with eye infection just looking at me over the busy counter and helping with my son's badly scrapped forehead,not mentioning other times. It's not exactly on my way but i chose to go there if I'm around and need help. Thank you

Some staff are lovely some are total tossers. Also, just realised it says 'my burner account' that's not intentionally but I can't be bothered logging out and back into my proper account so whatever .. .

Shop is extremely busy most of times. Chemist and post office too. Post office closes for 1hr lunch time. Opens at 2pm.

Thank you so much for delivering my mums antibiotics today. She is housebound and you were the 4th pharmacy I phoned as I could not get a delivery for her anywhere else. I was not in Edinburgh and could not come in myself, my Mum is housebound. I know how difficult it is for Pharmacy at the moment so really appreciate it
