S. G.We had reason to call into the Alness Pharmacy on Friday 20th of September as we were on holiday in the area only to find we had forgotten to bring along an item of medication . On inquiring if we could purchase the item we were informed it was by prescription only , the pharmacist on overhearing the conversation came forward and explained there was no problem and if we could wait for ten minutes he would resolve our problem , true to his word after a couple of phone calls one to the Maryhill Health centre and one to the Bishopmill Pharmacy problem solved . The quality of service from the Alness Pharmacy staff is excellent , it makes a refreshing change in this day and age . From Veronica and myself a big THANK YOU .
