Very speedy service today and pleasant driver. The hospital phoned through a prescription for covid anti viral medication for me today and within an hour you had delivered it to me. Would definitely recommend your team. Thanks very much. 🏆

Upgrading from a 2 to a 5! First visit was very disappointing (being asked multiple times if I was sure I hadn't already picked up my prescription, along with losing one item - which turned out to be in the wrong bag!), but since then I've had great service. During a severe bout of illness they delivered twice to me without any issue and on both occassions the following day. Thanks very much!

Really have to admit, these guys are spot on. Bumpy start getting the delivery sorted regularly, but the staff were so friendly and it seemed like they’d bend over backwards to sort it quickly even down to coming out themselves to deliver rather than wait on their driver coming back! Really impressed and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend using Mackies in Cardonald. Natalie, Michelle and the team go above and beyond for their customers. Nothing is a problem. The whole team have a great wealth of knowledge. Pharmacist also very pleasant, it’s clear to see they are very busy and there’s often queues outside the door but they always make time for you. In addition, I have noticed that unlike many other shops, they are still adhering to government guidelines within the shop and that’s great to see! While many other businesses aren’t doing as much since covid, Mackies are still providing a late night service to 7pm which is really helpful! Well done and thankyou !

This is a great Pharmacy ! Always really busy but nothing is never a problem for the staff , they always go that extra mile to help me with my medication ordering and collecting . The new collection point is fantastic what a excellent addition to this pharmacy as I work twelve hour shifts I can collect my medication any time if the day 👍

Really happy with the service at Mackies Cardonald. They always go the extra mile to help me and my family out. My grandad is elderly and the staff go out of their way to ensure that he gets his medication delivered and always attend to any changes in medication promptly and efficiently. Staff are helpful and extra. They are continually busy. Driver who delivers medicine is very pleasant. There is always items available. Pharmacists knowledgeable and give good advice. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Used to use Lloyd's next door until until all the staff turned into Karen's and the shop started to look like something you would find at the Barras. Mackies next door is bright and fresh and all the staff actually have a personality as well,which helps in retail. I'm an absolute nugget of a customer but they are always patient and polite and helpful so they get my vote ( and prescriptions ) from now on. Keep up the good work 💪

What a breath of fresh air my first visit to Mackie Pharmacy in Cardonald was this morning. Assistant Margaret went out of her way to assist me in selecting dressings for an injured finger, patiently taking time to demonstrate how to apply them and going out of her way to ensure my purchases from the store were as cost effective as possible. She was knowledgeable, warm and friendly, and cheerfully greeted everyone waiting for prescriptions. What an asset she is to a small business. The next time I need to visit a pharmacy, I'll be heading to Mackie for five star service with a smile. Thank you, Margaret. You made my day.

I had an asthma attack starting and had no prescription as my Dr hadn't issued it dor delivery got on the phone to pharmacy and they made an emergency prescription and delivered immediately which was great as I would have thought I'd have to wait till the afternoon with an asthma attack can't thank them enough for the quickness
