I would highly recommend this travel clinic for vaccinations. The nurse fared very well with my 2 and a half year old for his multiple doses of vaccination before we are due to go abroad. All appointments went smoothly as scheduled. Also, thank you so much for your time and kindness. Best wishes!

Reach staff in Finnieston have been ordering and dispensing my repeat prescription for many years. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've received the same level of service, courtesy and respect during this pandemic as I have been receiving during the many years I've been a patron. On a number of occasions when the driver is unavailable a member of staff has delivered my meds on their way home. That's going above and beyond their job descriotion to deliver a consistently superb customer experience.

This is a place which saved me from losing a lot of money and my sanity. I was desperately in need of fit to fly certificate. I couldn't find any place which could have provided me that. I was very very distressed. I talked with the person in contact on WhatsApp, told him or her about my situation and I was helped. Though they said that it would be very difficult to get. The result depends on the lab. The lab might not get through. Then the nurse who took my sample written on the sample that it was urgent and asked me to hope for the best. Trust me it came through in time and I was literally saved. I am happy with their service and communication. At that time, almost everyone refused to help me. But the people in this pharmacy actually listened to my story and tried to understand that, gave me suggestions and finally told me that if I could make there in time, there might be a chance. Now, I am traveling with the certificate. Guys I couldn't thank you enough. It was great help.

Needed a Covid test prior to flying to USA after changes in the rules meant we had to test the day before flying and our planned test for 2 days before had to be cancelled as the chemist we planned to use wasn't doing tests on Saturday. Found Reach Parmacy online and was able to book a test on the Saturday. Excellent service and prompt turn around with the test results. Also plenty of parking nearby so able to drive to the pharmacy. Get our tests then continue on to the airport for our overnight stop prior to our early morning flight.

Really supportive staff, and they were able to offer an earwax appointment on the same day, when the Specsavers in town had a 3 month waiting list. The procedure isn’t exactly comfortable, but the consultant was very understanding and patient. Was able to start hearing again immediately after, and completely cleared up over the following week. Customers should continue to remember to wear a suitable mask and be mindful of others and staff for their protection.

Today, (07/05/21) I have had a fantastic experience using a PCR test service with Reach Pharmacy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received a gold standard service after a last minute change to my travel plans left me with a near impossible task of achieving the test within the necessary timeframe. I had given a delayed prescription for antibiotiotics by the doctor as my throat was hurting for about a week. The doctor suggested to wait and only take them if the infection got worse. Unfortunately this happened in Saturday night I was in bed struggling and was not able to get to the pharmacy before they closed. Contacted them over Google Maps to ask for help, Neeraj replied to me within minutes to arrange something for the next day. Sunday Morning he contacted me to see how I was doing and after advising that I had a sleepless night and the infection had spread, he got my prescription from the pharmacy and drove to my home to handle it to me in person. I'm really thankful for this, going above and beyond what I could expect as it was my fault for not collecting the prescription early! It really changed things as it removed the pain in a few hours.

Was visiting Glasgow for a few days and needed some medical advice. The people at this pharmacy were incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me setup a consult through medic spot which is a kind of teleconference with a physician. Everything worked out great. Would recommend if you’re a tourist in need.

Reach Pharmacy is my local pharmacy but on this occasion I was down in London due to work and had to get a Fit to Fly test at a pharmacy there which also use the Medicspot run swab lab analysis service. Everything worked out fine as I received a negative result by 3pm the next day and was able to travel back up to Glasgow. Having read some of the reviews on Google it makes me wonder if people understand that pharmacies and other businesses providing the Covid fit to fly service are normally just involved in taking a swab which gets picked up by a lab organised by whatever company is doing the analysis of the swab and responsible for sending out the fit to fly certificate in time. This procedure has nothing to do with he business who takes the swab and is wholly unfair to blame them if this part falls down as the pharmacy have done everything properly on their side, they are just the customer face of the service. Also from what I understand a full refund will be available from the company administering the service. It’s a real shame that Covid has caused this on us all but in time’s like this there has to be understanding and sympathy shown in the worst of circumstances. I’ve been using Reach pharmacy for years and can vouch for them, they bend over backwards to help you and also provide many services above the what you would find in many pharmacies, they are a true asset to the community

Customer service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and forthcoming. I had a little hiccup with my COVID test pickup and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Can highly recommend!

There is one particular person working here, Mohamed, that literally goes out of his way to help you, no matter what. He was extremely helpful in different situations and always very warm to chat with. Since I moved to Finnieston I have encountered Mohamed multiple times both on the pharmacy or past me in the street. He always greets you with his amazing smile and warm welcome, even if you never been formally introduced to him, he just takes the initiative to ask you about how things are.
