H. G.My husband I have used Rowlands for many years and not once have we had a problem with our repeat prescriptions. Only problems we had in the past were down to our surgery. Staff very friendly and helpful.
M. S.Knowledgeable pharmacists irrespective of who you speak to. I know the counter staff need to sit exams to be able to serve in a chemist and I've always found them helpful as far as possible. Never had to complain except quite often my script doesn't seem to make it from williamwood surgery to rowlands. Either surgery staff didn't put it in the bag or rowlands have managed to misplace it, usually needs a reprint at williamwood for driver to collect. Bit annoying but given that it's a free sevice and technically it's my responsibility to look after my own scripts and I know that rowlands probably dispense around 2000 items per day, I am totally okay about checking that my meds have been dispensed prior to my attempting uplift. It's common sense.
