Considering how much workload they're under, they really try their best to help patients. Sometimes patients may have to wait longer, but speed doesn't always equate to safety in healthcare. For those who say service is too slow: Just as you are willing to wait 5 to 10 minutes for food at a takeaway, be patient with pharmacy staff as they handle your prescriptions and queries. They are humans too and can only handle so many queries at one point in time.

There was a time they are excellent they are looking after customers Muhammad is very good but now a days some staff is not good behaving same like community helth centre Melbourne Road's receptionist who ever in-charge of pharmacy have to train their front line staff about customer care community needs your help and advice and support please be like when you start your pharmacy is my request if you do you will got both money and fame and don't forget all I'll person dua

There was a time when they were super, which was when they initially opened and the owners would look after us. Now, some of the employees have an attitude. Apart ftom that they are ok

Dr Ajay was extremely helpful and knowledge in organising our travel vaccinations. We met with him via an online consultation initially where he went through in-depth all of the possible vaccinations we may require. We then met in his practice for the vaccinations. His practise was extremely well set up for social distancing and we was given PPE upon arrival. Dr Ajay made the whole experience very positive. Would definitely recommend and use again! Many thanks.

Had a polite and helpful experience here after calling 111. The staff member was very friendly and explained the behind-the-scenes of how 111 works. Glad to know there's a pharmacy that doesn't close until 11pm!
