E. Z.It can get busy at times and agree some prices are very high for some products but overall it is a nice local chemists and staff are working very hard to get everyone served. I think pandemic pressure doesnt help and demand is very high so thank you for all your hard work Chemists.

D. H.Countesthorpe Chemist is my local pharmacy that I have been happily using for over 5 years because it is so convenient and both the staff and service is excellent. On my last visit, Saturday 26th March, 2022, there was a particular issue with the computer system that was out of the control of everyone. However the 3 members of staff who were working remained calm, friendly and professional against all odds, including some upset and annoyed customers. I would like to recognise and thank those 3 staff members, as well as the regular reliable and professional staff who usually work there. Thank you all!

S. t. I.This place is weirdly brilliant for gifts - they have a wide range of different nice things in stock, including bath bombs, purses and beanie babies. The lighting and general atmosphere is really nice. The only issue I have is that they only stock branded medicine and so they are not a cost effective option if you need something like cough medicine!
