M. T.The staff are efficient and caring, and have nearly always managed to prepare our medications in a remarkably short time. They have advised about our problems from time to time, if asked. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and we have every confidence in them for the future, having been with them for about a year now. If necessary they will deliver our medication, which is a real help for our household which includes a disabled person. Their prices are quite high for some items, but they are providing a service from early mornings to late at night, 7 days a week, for which I am grateful.
w. i.I find them not very friendly and helpful, many times I order repeat prescriptions, time is arranged and never ready or no communication that cause extra trips or phone calls.
They do sell abit of everything (meds and toiletries) at reasonable prices, and open 7 days a week.
N. V.Very pleased with excellent service provided by Glenfield Surgery. Ordered prescription on NHS APP last night and it’s ready for collection today.

A. S.Pretty handy to have a trustworthy pharmacy local to me, feel as if the staff take their time to listen to you and I don’t feel rushed unlike other pharmacy’s in the village. I work long hours so perfect for me as open at good times. My children have currently got covid I was able to get the best over the counter medication at ten at night with the advice of the young girl on the counter super helpful!

I was apprehensive about using another pharmacy after using my previous pharmacy for years. Collecting my prescriptions has never been so simple. I receive a text message when my
Medication is ready for collection so I do not have to wait ages. Normally ready within 2-3 days I normally ring to make sure before collecting. Yes this is a busy pharmacy but you can tell the staff go out there way to make your experience the best it can be. They even offer a free delivery service which is a lot more convenient for me!
