S. G.Always very friendly and helpful. There have been a few slight issues in the past , but majority if not all have been delays in getting the prescriptions from the GP, as opposed the pharmacy being at fault. And whenever there has been a delay, Wells have done what they can to resolve it . I cant rate them high enough.
B.Staff are lovely and helpful but seems to be very unorganised when comes to getting prescriptions. Don't understand why it takes 7 days from "the hub"
D. R.My grandson is very constipated I rang the doctor he said the prescription would be ready this afternoon not heard anything from Wells chemist and nobody is answering the phone how could they let a 7 Yr old suffer like this supposed to send txtt changing my chemist
