Through the pandemic lockdown, they delivered all my medications home to me when I was unable to collect them, and even after, they remain customer-focused. Every time I have visited, Raj has been exceptionally kind and helpful - be it to advise on medication, administer shots, or resolve prescription issues. I am so grateful to them for their attention and care - really makes me feel like I am a valued customer, and I recommend them without reservation.

Then to my great surprise, my prescription was hand delivered to my house after the pharmacy had closed.

It’s small neat and the most friendly of service. I was temporarily living in this area but Raj and his team were warm welcoming and he remembered my name from my first visit till my last. I will miss living here
It’s rare to find this level of service still existing in inner London.
A. C.I have been using Raj and the team at Alisha's on an almost weekly basis for the past 15 months now whilst I have had a long series of treatments for a complicated leg fracture.
They have made the whole process of requesting collecting and managing my numerous prescriptions so easy, often liaising and coordinating directly with my GP and surgeon to order prescriptions which reduces the need for me to do absolutely all of the running around. They are brilliant at following up to let you know when things are ready and just make the whole process incredibly simple. There is also free parking nearby at certain hours which makes collecting very easy.
Raj and the team are always friendly and warm to deal with, they really do go above and beyond which is not common, particularly with the bigger chains where the service often varies from average to awful.
If you're in need of a local, family run pharmacy I really cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you.
