I can’t commend this Pharmacy enough. They are working tirelessly hard to make sure people are getting their vaccines and in turn helping to reduce the impact of COVID. People don’t realise the effect this may have on their regular trade. Pharmacies like this should be praised for all the hard work and effort they do. Thank you Aqua.

Aqua is our local pharmacy and ALWAYS comes through. They are a gem and really highlight the importance of having local, independent pharmacies. With the pandemic, they have stepped up to help the community with all kinds of services and now are a walk-in COVID vaccine clinic. They've always offered travel vaccines. The team is really lovely, helpful, and knowledgeable - big thanks for their efforts above and beyond - helping to keep our community safe.

The staffs were incredibly kind and helpful when I went for my vaccine. The man and woman standing outside guided me to my seat, and were very kind and patient to my questions. The woman who gave me the jab was also very nice and helpful.

Handling a difficult situation with aplomb. People are coming in for their Covid boosters and there is tension about waiting in the queue as occasionally (and unpredictably) it becomes a bit more of a wait. Felt sorry for the staff as tensions rose but they handled it beautifully. Well done, and thanks!

Open on Sundays from 10am by appointment for Covid Vaccine. Excellent and quick service. I took my booster exactly at the right time with minimum queue.

Booked an appointment online very easily. When I went I was seen immediately by a very helpful health care professional who gave me lots of advice on what I may need. Despite paying for the vaccinations they are not trying to sell you anything, it is purely about what is in your best interests and most needed.

Absolutely brilliant pharmacy. Contacted them about the chicken pox vaccine for my three year old who we thought had been exposed to it and my daughter of 18mths. Sanjay was super helpful, as it was quite a specific request he took time to look up all the intricate details and called back with excellent advice, took heaps of time for us.
