Very friendly service. Did my son's PCR test for him to fly out, test done very quickly. Was well informed and got the test result the same day. Definitely recommend them if anyone looking for fit to fly PCR test locally.

This is genuinely one of the best pharmacies I have ever used. The staff are just excellent and very friendly, I always love popping in and having a chat with them when I need to pick up my medication. I've never had an issue with this pharmacy. The hours are very accommodating to my schedule and the free delivery is extremely convenient. I recently moved, and even though there are other pharmacies that are closer to me I could use, I still use Bell Pharmacy Bow because of how wonderful it is. I highly recommend them.

This is my chosen pharmacy and I have never had such helpful and friendly pharmacists as this team! They are always cheerful and have plenty of time to answer any queries I have. I go to the pharmacy more or less weekly and where this used to be a drag when I went to Boots, I actually enjoy going to my pharmacy now - which is really saying something! The team have always made an effort to make me feel like a valued customer. While there have been lots of opportunities for them to upsell products to me, they have only ever done the opposite - showing me where I can save money and explaining that the cheaper products do the same job as the more expensive brands. I have changed pharmacies a few times but won't be changing again :)

Last night, I arrived at the pharmacy with severe sleep deprivation due to Post Covid related issues. Abdul and his colleagues were excellent with their customer service. The humanity they showed me really helped calmed me down and they were extremely knowledgeable (they say 'laughter is the best medicine' and they also delivered that along with the prescribed meds). Their advice really helped settle my symptoms and I cannot thank you guys enough . I would highly recommend using this pharmacy, especially as they are open later than others in the area. The staff are the heart of Bell pharmacy. Extremely helpful & shows empathy when needed. It’s always a pleasure going to bell pharmacy as I know I will always be greeted with a smile. One young lady in particular stood out for me, her name was Masuma! Apologies if the spelling is wrong. Masuma was extremely helpful and kind, and engages so well with the public. She is a credit to bell pharmacy.

I've been using Bell Pharmacy since 2008 albeit under 2 different managements. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. The staff of polite and and very helpful even taking time out of their break to help me when I had clearly not read the sign on the door saying they would be closed for 15 minutes.

Best Pharmacy Every Where. The rival pharmacies namely Sinclair and Day Lewis is taking advantage of mainly people with depression asking random people to leave bad negative comments for this perfect Pharmacy. They approached me as well asking me to do the same. They play dirty game. They use fake names i.e from staff that were employed in this pharmacy previously, to leave comments that are fake and false. I recommend Bell Pharmacy to everyone because they have have best customer service and go extra mile to serve People, and they are the only pharmacy that serve us all the way till 11 at night while Mr Vijay from sinclair is sleeping in his million pound bed in central London.

Fantastic service, fantastic staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble. So helpful when you know you are getting low on your medication but unable to order a repeat from your GP surgery as they do it all for you. I really cannot fault anything with this pharmacy. If they don’t have a certain item in stock they offer to order it in for you. Shelves are always stocked, shop always tidy. By far the best pharmacy in Bow and great opening hours.
