M. R.I would just like to say other then the fact that the staff are always helpful, nice and kind. The opening hours over new year were not correctly explained as it was still saying open at same time all day new years eve and it wasn't as I had the horrible experience of finding out the hard way and have now been left with no medication over the weekend. I experience kindness and no judgement here but am up set about how I was made to feel stupid, Natalie Lewis

L. M.I can not praise bliss team enough for helping me last night.
I am following ivf treatment and at 9pm, i realised that one essential medication had been missing, forgotten by another pharmacy. I did not have the prescription anymore but the bless team accepted me to review my case and to help me with emergency stock until i could collect the px the following day.
I was extremely emotional and nervous because of my treatment and because without that medication my transfer would have been compromised.
The bliss team, in particular Johanna (i hope i have this right), demonstrated extraordinary sense of service, empathy, understanding, creativity to help me. She even called the day after to check if i was doing ok.... outstanding really. Thank you so much and god bless bliss.
S. B.May cost more on some over counter medicines but pharmacy only medicine their prices are v. Reasonable. Shame the 24 hour days have gone .
