Seriously, whenever I step foot in Bush Pharmacy, I've always been made to feel more like a friend than a customer. Their polite courtesy and helpfulness go way beyond any other pharmacy. I have nothing bad to say about them... visit them to believe me and you'll understand why I've given them 5* as well as many others.

They have helped our family out so many times with excellent advice and have always been able to source whatever medicine we need. They are kind and caring without fail. When we were in isolation, they even brought a prescription to our front door.

The online prescriptions ordering service is a great help for my mother. My daughter recently left on a dream holiday backpacking across Asia and Africa, the manager advised put together all her crucial vaccinations required and tailored made a travel pack with all the basic 1st aid essentials.
S. S.What I love about Bush Pharmacy is they actually seem to listen to me and genuinely do care.
In the past I’ve found it difficult knowing where to go when I have small problems....doctors seem to brush me off and I never know where to turn.
Now I feel so chuffed that I can go this chemist and talk through my concerns and get some good and realistic advice. I never feel a burden to them and they have a good product range.
They’ve now got a travel clinic which is handy because I had all my vaccinations and they were much more gentle than my nurse used to be!

p. p.Having recently moved to the area, I was lost as to which pharmacy I wanted to use for all my medicine needs. I am quite fussy and do not like to entrust my health to any old place and to make matters worse there are literally so many on uxbridge road. I popped into a few pharmacies to ask how they would organise my prescriptions etc and to see how they looked and what services they offered. They lacked the personal touch and knowledge I needed to make me feel comfortable. The third I came across was the excellent Bush Pharmacy, before I entered the door the layout was so fresh and clean and modern looking kind of a space age pharmacy. The staff were even better so helpful and even gave me a map of the local doctor surgeries. I had a chat with the pharmacist who in 2 minutes put my mind at ease, he had detailed knowledge on my condition and I felt like I could trust him. The rest as they say is history, now I use them for everything even for travel vaccinations whenever the need arises. I have since bought all my friends and family over to Bush Pharmacy and they all are equally happy with the service. Well done to guys no wonder you have won so many awards, I am very grateful for all your assistance and patience !
