A Brilliant pharmacy with Wonderful staff. I have known some of them for over 30 years... They will always try and help and are happy to offer advice if asked. There is always everything one might need and fair pricing. Open 7 days a week, they offer a very good service . One of my favourite shops In town and Hani and his Familly are lovely

The most helpful and friendliest staff! My mother and I went there to do our PCR’s and they were extremely kind and patient with us and helped us sort out everything. The pharmacy itself has a wide selection of all kinds of products and medications. Would 100% recommend.

We had a problem with the clinic in which we had booked our COVID-19 tests, but thanks to Dana, one of the employees, it was readily solved. She was super kind and helpful, fantastic job by her, really. Management should keep her!

I would like to thank Dana and Hikmat for being so kind, generous and helpful towards me yesterday. When I went to their chemist to take my PCR test as RANDOX HEALTH had said that they were one of their drop off places. When I got to the pharmacy I found no drop off box and a sign in the pharmacy window from RANDOX HEALTH indicating another drop off point at St Luke's church. However that the alternative drop off box did not open on Sundays and giving no further information. RANDOX HEALTH had not informed the pharmacy as to what to say to their clients who had bought their expensive PCR testing pack. RANDOX HEALTH should be ashamed of themselves, they charge and then have no customer service. They do not answer any emails and when you call you get a recorded message saying you are in a queuing system at number 1000 ...... So the very kind pharmacist Dana offered to send the PCR to be tested to a laboratory at their own cost. I cannot thank Dana enough for relieving me of the diabolical service provided by Randox Health's

I first visited Dajani pharmacy following the long standing recommendation from a number of friends and family who have all said that it is definitely the pharmacy they feel most looked after by. Since becoming a regular customer, I totally agree! Since first visiting Dajani pharmacy, I have never wanted to go elsewhere and like many of my friends, I am happy to travel here even if it’s further, due to the outstanding service and positive experiences I have had. They have a great range of products, including perfumes and good make up brands. In particular, Mr Hani Dajani, the pharmacist and owner, gives a friendly and personable face to the customer experience. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable pharmacist. He is always willing to kindly spend his time with patients, discussing treatments and patiently answering all my questions. He has been so reassuring and welcoming over the years. Went to Dajani Pharmacy firstly because they always know the answers to every query I have re medical issues. I was stressed about Covid home test kits, timings, government procedure etc... DANA came to the rescue. She was confident, professional, so lovely and reassuring THEN gave me stress induced coldsore cream for free. I could have cried. So grateful. Dajani Pharmacy is the most luxurious Pharmacy in Chelsea. It doesn't just supply medicine, but also has a large supply of exceptional beauty products, as well as high end perfumes. The staff are particularly attentive, and are so accommodating. Hani himself is a perfectionist in every sense of the word, he is thoughtful and never ceases to amaze me with his exceptional customer service level. It is the only pharmacy I go to, and the only pharmacy I recommend.

Dajani Pharmacy is GODSEND!!!!!! They have helped me soo much through out the years. The customer service is beyond excellent they treat you like family, they really care about your wellbeing. They never seem to fail in delivering the best customer service, going above and beyond to cater to my needs - ALWAYS. I also fully trust Hani's (the owner) medical advise, having newborn twins I don't always have the time to go to the doctors, his medical advise has helped me tremendously! They have great stock I always find everything I need and their prices are fair, I have found other pharmacies in the area to have ridiculously high prices for no reason. All in all, I am extremely happy and really appreciate the staff.

I've never got round to reviewing this pharmacy but as a 'local guide' and because I saw Hani Dajani the owner this evening, whom I am most fond of having known since my teens many many moons ago when he first opened, I feel I really want to give him and what service he offers the praise deserved. For a start the layout of the shop is very clear. It is also absolutely spotless. Mr Dajani himself has always been an extremely consciencous and professional pharmacist. If he is unsure about a prescription he won't hesitate to call the prescribing doctor for clarification. The shop is not overwhelming but stocks everything you could ask for My experience of counter staff has always been positive. And some times very positive. I shall always remember.and be grateful for the care and support Hani and his staff gave me when I was diagnosed with a usually terminal illness. It went on for years. Empathetic. Sympathetic. Understanding. Patient. And Mr Dajani above all gave me confidence that I would pull through. Thank the Lord after many years I did. I am now in remission. So I thank you Mr Dajani and all your staff over many years for supporting me and mine. GOD BLESS Jay.

Hi Everyone I have read some harsh reviews lately from people generally who have been provoked by a certain individual to defame this company. I myself being in the medical industry have rated this pharmacy as a 5 star company who treats the staff and customers 5 star. Unfortunately it’s sad to see people who don’t get on with staff, coming on social media, as this is an easy way to target people just to ruin their status. I have worked with their staff and have had business relationships with all members. This is a truly respected pharmacy. Please don’t fall for all the false accusations. Every work place has people, some we like some we don’t, part of life but going this far is pretty silly and immature. I hope this person matures up and use the correct platform for all her concern.
