I consulted the staff at Dumlers who advised me to have microsuction to alleviate the problem. I would unreservedly recommend Dumlers to anyone who has a similar problem. Mr Adi Shah was most professional in his approach. He explained clearly what the treatment entailed and he was extremely skilful in carrying it out with absolutely no discomfort experienced by me.
Because of the severity of the wax, I required several sessions to resolve the problem and all of these visits were covered by the initial fee. At all times, Mr Shah displayed the same professionalism and interest as he did on my first visit. I am extremely grateful to him and his colleagues for a job well done.
We are lucky to have such a good pharmacy in our local area.
