Excellent experience and service. They were working flat out to get through their fully-booked vaccine and booster appointments whilst also trying to fit in as many walk-ins as possible in between whenever a small gap became available. They went over and above to get as many people through as they could which was amazing and really appreciated

Well run and super friendly. This local pharmacy has stepped up with a really efficient vaccine programme. Got my 16 year old daughter vaccinated here. Excellent experience getting the COVID vaccine. My husband called in and asked if there were any no shows. They called him later that day and told him to come down ASAP. He was in and out and was so grateful for the fast, friendly service. This is our neighborhood pharmacy and they are always very helpful and kind.

I took my elderly Grandmother here to receive here COVID booster. All the staff were extremely friendly and the vaccinator was great too. The staff were were very accommodating and even offered and administered a flu jab for myself whilst I was there. My whole family has been vaccinated here and I couldn’t recommend Fairlee pharmacy any more!

Amazing experience! They are doing this walk in service. I would recommend anyone to go up there! I choose to do my jab there to avoid crowded places. I call them and in just one day I had the vaccine. The staff are so nice, very organized and take care of you after the jab by offering water and asking how you feel. Really great pharmacy! Wonderful staff - very knowledgable, kind and considerate. They always make time to go the extra mile ensure that you are fully looked after and leave satisfied. Their vaccination process is really smoothly run - with all the staff being very patient and calm during busy periods. On a hot day they even ensured queueing patients had water and food as we waited - really nice touch and shows they genuinely care for their customers! I would throughly recommend this pharmacy it’s one of the rare remaining places where they really care about customer service above everything else. Keep up the great work!

Amazing! I came here to get my Covid Vaccine as part of their walk-in clinic and so happy I did! Everyone was so lovely and I felt in great hands. There was a big queue of people trying to get their jabs and staff were kind and considerate, giving out water bottles and checking everyone was okay. There was a very friendly and happy atmosphere despite the social distancing in place Covid precautions were followed and I felt very safe inside the pharmacy.The lady who did my jab was really nice and calm, she checked I was eligible, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Barely felt the jab at all. And I got a chocolate biscuit afterwards :) Really cool they are doing this walk in service - I would recommend anyone who is eligible to get on down there!

Thank you so much to the chemist who saw me today and suggested I went to the doctors ASAP. I managed to get seen straight away and the doctor said it was a good call which means I was able to get immediate treatment, hopefully avoiding a serious condition. I'm sorry I had to get my prescription elsewhere as it was late and I was advised not to delay. This pharmacy isn't my closest but I will make the effort to walk the extra bit whenever I can.

I had the most amazing experience at Fairlee Pharmacy doing my covid vaccine. first, it's very easy to car park around the pharmacy. The team is warm and welcoming and make sure you're all good and they put my name on a reserve list and called me so I get my 2nd jab right on time to be able to fly back to France respecting the 8 weeks. On top of this it's a big pharmacy with all you need and good advices on top. I would highly recommend fairlee pharmacy to anyone looking for a small and efficient covid vaccine center.

The staff at Fairlee have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful to me and my girlfriend since we moved into the area. We have always experienced excellent service, useful advice and professional treatment whenever we have visited. As such, it has become our pharmacy of choice for prescriptions, medication and alternative therapy. The fact that they stay open until 7pm is also great for busy working people. We have also had an excellent experience with our acupuncture therapist Nick, who has been very helpful with a variety of aches, pains and injuries. He's an excellent therapist to see for your overall wellbeing. We would strongly recommend Fairlee Pharmacy to anyone in the area or passing through.

The service in Fairlee pharmacy is fantastic - we haven't lived in the area for long but the whole team know my boyfriend and I by name. The family who run the business are very kind and they always go the extra mile to help us with whatever we need. We have also both had a number of accupuncture sessions with Nick. He has really helped us with injuries and he is great at tailoring the treatment to our ailments and lifestyles. He is also very knowledgable about health and fitness and we really appreciate his guidance wen working towards our goals.
