B. R.We have been with Green Lanes Pharmacy for a long time(since it opened). The service we have received has been excellent. The staff are always available for advice and support however busy they are.My family and I are lucky to be registered with Green Lanes Surgery. Thank you all and Take care.
K. B.Great service. The staff know me and have my script ready when I arrive. They are accommodating in special circumstances. I have been going the Green Lane Pharmacy for years. My husband has getting his repeat prescriptions there, even though his doctor is in another area. Busy and efficient staff at all times.
B.One of the staff, maybe the owner or manager he is 100% committed to his work he will always make a plan to get your script signed by the doctor or tries to get you the medication to see you over for a few days. One must NOT rate this Pharmacy by the people at the front counter. The people at the front counter are students learning to become Pharmacist and I can not think of a better place for them to get training at this pharmacy. Remember the staff are under pressure to make sure the correct medicines are given plus have to listen to people asking advise about various aliments. So what if they are not smiling or seem rude it does not matter as you got your medication they not there to make you happy. They did their job giving you your meds so you can enjoy your life a few more years longer ....... move on.
