Good experience of Covid booster immunisation here today. No issues regarding organisation - they were very fast, efficient. and kind. I did book via NHS site though, they’re not currently accepting walk in appointments due to the capacity of the place - it’s on the small side, but most of the waiting in queue is on the street outside. It didn’t take long. The exemplar here was the female volunteer on the door; she is excellent. Particularly appreciated how she deftly ‘ejected’ one person who was talking loudly on a mobile with no mask in front of the clinic.

Very organised for covid boosters. They had a person watching over the queue outside and someone set up to register you inside. It was all flowing smoothly. My vaccine was administered by Chris who was very friendly and professional. On my visit (14/12/21) they were giving Moderna boosters with an appointment (no walk-in slots). You may have to wait outside for a short period, so keep that in mind if the weather is unfavourable.

Be aware that antigene tests sold in this pharmacy are self-tests despite you're booked on a time slot as if you would be attended by a technician. And you are charged 45 pounds for each self-test. There's cheaper self-tests on the market between 19 and 23 pounds. Staff is nice hence our 3 stars only for the staff.

We had our Covid boosters and flu vaccines. We were really early for our appointment, but it didn't matter at all. Everything was smooth and efficient, and there was a calm, friendly atmosphere. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you.

Just had a vaccine there. I was expecting crowds and no distancing but it was orderly and efficient. They explained things well too and accepted us despite our website appointment not been confirmed for some reason. Polite and helpful. As for the pharmacy front store it’s quite small and does not have much to select from but I guess it is a case with most of the ones which are not boots or similar.

Big, big thank you to Lewis Grove Pharmacy for helping with the rather complicated COVID PCR test requirements pre & post travel. I was unable to find the information I needed online (so confusing, so many Google ads!), only through the lovely staff of Lewis Grove Pharmacy and was happy to purchase the "Fit to Fly" and "Test to Release" tests from them, with results returning the.next day, before 8am both times. They walked me through the process of administering the tests as well, which can be intimidating at first. I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone, especially those who wish to travel during these crazy times!

I registered at this practice quite recently and have had exceptional treatment so far. I am usually very nervous whilst at the dentist but Dr Stacey made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the whole process in a very professional but relatable manner. My treatment went smoothly, which makes me feel confident for when I have my next visit. Everyone at the practice seems very caring and I would highly recommend this dental surgery.
