N.Me and my wife popped in yesterday for one of the new gold plated brushes and ended up staying in there for 15 minutes, the two girls were lovely and couldn't help us any more, they were very knowledgeable and extremely kind, this is more than just a pharmacy, will definitely be going back and definitely worth the 15 mile trip, they sell all the items we normally need to get in America.
Just to top it off there open till 11pm, would give them 10 stars if we could, great experience.

M. O.I was looking for a last minute Covid test and this place was not only taking walk-ins, but also it was the cheapest place I've found.
The staff was very friendly, kind, fast, careful, efficient, attentive, clean, helpful. I don't have enough words to thank you their customer service.They really care about its customers.
Also, test results comes in 24hs via email.
k. b.I have used Life Pharmacy after a friend recommended their PCR testing service. It is very easy to book and pay for your test online. When in store the ladies are friendly and the test is done quickly. My family and friends have used this service several times and we have always received our test results with 24hrs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Picked up a few luxury items, I felt like the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable with their range of skincare especially, it smelt nice and I liked the music! I would not recommend any other place to take a PCR Test then here. Service is absolutely brilliant. Received the results within 24 hours . Had a misspelled name ...contacted them via WhatsApp and they changed it right way. Guys get your PCR tests here !!!!
L.I was completely terrified before my PCR test. If you feel the same as I did, don't worry! The lady is extremely gentle and it doesn't hurt at all. It was quick, efficient and the staff is amazing.

All other places I looked into charge way too much for these tests and were very rude when I called, but Zina and the team at Life Pharmacy were super kind and helpful. They also provided really great advice on other products like my favorite Montale perfume range and supplements. I look forward to seeing them again :-)

L. A.I am a regular customer of this pharmacy and I cannot fault it anyway! Each staff member is so helpful and can answer absolutely any question thrown their way. The range of products they have to offer is spectacular, a lot of which can only be found abroad (meaning you don’t have to pay that pesky shipping fee!) Their opening times are so convenient for a member of the neighbourhood like myself, as it means I can always rely on them to be open for my medication and any other needs. Really great, totally recommend.
T. R.Got tested for COVID-19 there. The guy who took the swab was a bit sloppy and brash. At least it was the only time he wore his mask properly. The other guy was more professional other than wearing his mask below the chin, which is unacceptable at a pharmacy. The females were very kind and professional and wore their masks properly for a change. Decent price, if not cheap by comparison. Results were e-mailed to me within 24 hours after sample collection but they made a mistake in the passport number and I had to go back asap to get them to fix it. Needed the Fit-to-Fly certificate you see.

X. G.I used Life Pharmacy Brompton Road for a COVID-19 PCR test and it was a very good service. I was one of the last tests on Fri 10th Jan, and I received result at 14:00 the next day. The result was accepted at the French border for entry. Quick, cost effective, and the woman took my sample professionally without any discomfort. Only small complaint was I did not get a confirmation email for my booking (but I called to confirm the appointment). I would not hesitate to use them again.
