E. F.Very helpful staff that go beyond to help. Also provided a flu jab whilst waiting for a prescription, which wasn’t expected but was welcome. Asked to go into a side room and he the injection and came out to find prescription ready and waiting. Very helpful and a pleasure to visit. Helpful to have a coffee shop next door if you find you do have a short wait.
G.A very pleasant experience. The new shop is still being finished and moved into, however, this did not matter. I came here to get some travel vaccines without appointment and the entire team were very friendly to both me and everyone else who passed through during my visit. They have a comfortingly clean dedicated consultation room, which is surprisingly quiet given their proximity to the main road. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and confidently took me through all the information I needed and made sure I was well informed before leaving. They are very chatty, making sure there is never a dull moment, making it a very fluid experience.
Overall, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and I will definitely be returning!
H.A fantastic service from the team at Lords, they are always happy to chase up with the surgery for me. These guys are very attentive and caring, willing to listen and have a chat. I couldn't ask for a more efficient pharmacy, the most I've had to wait for a prescription on a busy day is a minute or so.

T. H.I haven't had any medical issues for a while until last week so I went to a local pharmacy near Wimbledon station; as I happen to be in the area and the pharmacist was somewhat clueless and recommended I booked an appointment with the GP.
My local GP Nelson is situated a stones throw away from Lords Pharmacy, Kingston Road and I described the same symptoms to Parag the resident pharmacist who within seconds knew exactly what the issue was.
Since it's been such a long time I forget how good these guys are and have no issues with recommending Lords Pharmacy, much better than any other pharmacist in Merton (especially the one in Nelson hospital) and probably even better than the GPs!
