Really fantastic customer service, easily the best I have received in a London pharmacy. They picked up the phone straight away and when I asked if I could walk-in for a booster vaccine they were accommodating despite being busy with planned appointments. Very efficient but with the human warmth we all need during the pandemic. Thank you :)

We went here for our jab but the service they provided was great, very well organised. They were helpful with questions when asked. Getting here via public transport is easy enough, Southwark Park Road / St James's Road (Stop PA/PG) via buses (N)1, (N)381 and P12. As for anything related to trains, Bermondsey via Jubilee, South Bermondsey via Southern and Surrey Quays via Overground. Great.

Came to the pharmacy today to get a sore on my baby daughter’s skin checked. Docs had no appointments and 111 suggested getting it checked in person by a pharmacist. I live above Hobbs pharmacy locally but don’t trust them at ALL and had come to medica for my covid jab and they had been so friendly I thought I would try there instead. Medica could not have been more attentive or helpful, totally professional but warm and welcoming too and really reassured us, gave us lots of advice and were incredibly thorough. Very highly recommend them!

I went here for my 2nd COVID-19 vaccination and was incredibly impressed from the moment I got there until I walked out. The staff are so so friendly, very welcoming, calm, articulate, take their time to explain everything and have an actual conversation (which was refreshing). Such a shame this isn't my local pharmacy! Fantastic service, keep up the good work!

We went last week to Medica Pharmacy to get our vaccine and the service was excellent. The pharmacist took the time to ask us all the security questions, explain the short term side efects for the AZ vaccine and also how to detect any potential blood cloths in case we had any (so far we didn't!) He also explained what we had to do to book our next appointment. All very helpful and reassuring

Amazing service. Very lucky they were open on a Sunday and the gentlemen was able to prescribe some desperately required medicine for a stomach bug. He prescribed it there and then, talked through symptoms on the phone and was generally incredibly helpful throughout!

I had my first covid jab here today and it was a really positive experience. I was met promptly at the door for a few screening questions and was provided with hand sanitiser. After a short wait I was then seen by the advanced clinical practitioner pharmacist, Neil. He was friendly, professional, efficient and reassuring. He gave me clear information and the jab itself was so quick and painless I barely noticed it. He was really good at engaging with customers with different levels of understanding and use of the English language, and the whole thing was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Outstanding customer service, advice and organisation! Also very safely set up RE: distancing etc. I had my 2nd Covid jab booked here for July, but phoned up on Thursday to ask if I could bring it forwards to 8 weeks instead of 12, especially to make me feel more secure for planned travel. Sharon was exceptionally helpful and kindly put me on a cancellation list, then called me this morning to offer my slot (just 2 days later, and as I understand it, the first available day where AZ vaccines were being offered after I'd contacted them). I've just got it done, and cannot praise them enough for such a quick turnaround, and their incredibly efficient service. Sharon's colleagues were equally brilliant, and gave me far more advice than where I got my first jab, providing individually tailored advice rather than just 'processing' me. Thank you everyone, I truly appreciate your help! 🙏

Excellent Pharmacy. I could find many items which I did not find in other pharmacies, like Epsom Salt. The prices are excellent. In addition, I got my covid vaccine there. The pharmacist was very skilled and I did not feel any pain.

I disagree with the comments about unhelpful/unfriendly staff. They are not super extroverted, but they are warm and friendly when you talk to them, and SO helpful. Paul is like our second GP. We have gotten great advice from him before we can get an appointment at the GP. The lady at the front comes off as a bit standoffish, but is actually a really nice person and very knowledgable.
