F. M. G.I didn’t have such a bad experience as other costumers but I definitely can see how lazy and unfriendly the staff are. If I hadn’t asked them to get my medicines, I probably never would been attended. On top of that, they don’t like credit cards and there’s minimum of 5 pounds to use them.
M. A.This is my local chemist and I use it regularly. They have a great selection of products to purchase (toiletries, first aid stuff, vitamins etc etc) as well as providing advice and dispensing prescriptions. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The main pharmacist is always willing to help and forever energetic even at the end of the day she never looses her smile. Keep it up I highly recommend this pharmacy/Chemist.

I am seeing all these reviews about the staff being rude and slow but I cannot express enough, that none of the staff are like this, not from my experience anyway. Perhaps, these people are mistaking Medichem for another shop??
