I was prescribed medicine that I had to inject myself with and the pharmacist took great care in explaining the technique and even let us do the first one in the pharmacy so they could help. The pharmacy is very well stocked with just about everything you could think of! Always a pleasure whenever I stop by.

L. S.Fantastic customer service from all the staff. The ventolin inhaler I had in my bag had run out, I'm 5 weeks past covid and still need it daily for Covid and I'm asthmatic. The pharmacist was fantastic, when I explained that I couldn't get to speak to anyone at my doctors surgery and I was getting worried about not having it, he took my details, my NHS number investigated my NHS records and prescribed an emergency inhaler. The staff are genuinely helpful, in particular the lovely friendly lead pharmacist, who remembers your history and offers help and suggestions beyond simply dispensing the prescription. I have also had great service with online orders and phone assistance. Would recommend for sure: I have travelled into London from Herts purely to use this pharmacy at a time when I really needed medication and nowhere local to me had it in stock, but I knew this lovely place had it and they did not let me down.

My items I ordered hadn't shown up after 5 days so I rang and spoke to a gentleman who took my details and said someone would get back to me shortly and within 10 minutes I had a call back to say the post office tried to deliver my items but no one was in, basically Royal mail hadn't left a card. I collected the items as the lady at NVS pharmacy gave me the tracking number. I also received a few samples of skincare alongside the products I bought which was a lovely gesture.
Would highly recommend this pharmacy they were brilliant.

I ordered online from NVS Pharmacy, who miraculously had stock ( and at a good price).
