Since pandemic situation they did great job .By calling their patient asking if everything was fine. I didn't feel alone in this lockdown very helpful stuff .They did everything that they could .my Thanks to all staffs for great support to community.

The pharmacists are really kind and helpful.. but the assistant needs some more training on how to be kind. I ordered a very important medication in the morning and I called the pharmacy 3 times just after 4 pm to see if they have my medication( urgent ). They said no ‘they don’t have it. She also said that they will give me a call when as soon as it gets delivered. When I called at 540pm they put me on hold for a good 11minutes when finally a man said ‘ yes ,- we have it’. I had less than an hour to get to the pharmacy as they were closing at7pm.i was really struggling so I had to get a cab. from( west London (Maida Vale ,)to east London ) ... if they tell me earlier that my medication has arrived then my journey would have been easier. My suggestion is that they should really prioritise urgent medications.. ...Even though pharmacist promised me. She will call me once they have the medication.. ‘ she forgot me’.. I hope you would look into this matter and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your pharmacy has been known to provide good customer services. UPDATE: I had o edit this review as yesterday I went back to the pharmacy and I managed to order my urgent medication from a pharmacist called "Madalina" and I have to stay she has been super kind and helpful also she understood how important is the medication for me and she gave me a call as soon as the pharmacy received it. She is a great pharmacist !

Friendly but understaffed pharmacy, close to Star Lane Medical Centre so can be crowded at times. Good stock of health and beauty products for a small pharmacy. Waiting times for collecting prescription can be better.
