I cannot praise this company enough. I’ve been using them for a while and always found them to be very helpful with excellent flexibility and communication. Today I was in urgent need of my Medication, the representative Sofia went above and beyond being helpful, she dealt with my issue quickly and resolved it. She was so kind, patient and understanding. She is a real credit to Pharmacierge. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Thank you Sofia and Pharmacierge

I had already experienced excellent service from Pharmacierge but now my high expectations have been surpassed. I contacted them quite late on a Saturday afternoon to enquire about a prescription that I needed urgently. Time was running out for me to complete a course of medication before upcoming surgery. I was feeling anxious about this. The team member whom I spoke to on the phone understood the urgency and my concerns immediately. She knew exactly when I should start the medication in order to complete in time and the prescription was processed right away. As I live outside the London area there was a question of how the package could be dispatched to me in time at the weekend. Fortunately one of my sons was at work in London. I suggested that he might be able to arrange to leave work for a short time and collect the medication. However Pharmacierge immediately and very efficiently organised a courier to deliver to him and called him to let him know. He received the package promptly and safely and I had it with me that same evening. At all times the team member on the phone to me was polite, understanding, and reassuring. She grasped the problem and set about solving it with speed and efficiency which meant that my stress levels and anxiety decreased rapidly. A very satisfying experience in customer service and the team should be congratulated for excellent performance.

I had a follow- up appointment with my Consultant duriing which he informed me of the medication I needed ,then surprisingly informed me that it would delivered to my home the next day.Wonderful ,I thought. A lovely polite young lady phoned me early that day with all necessary information . I thanked her ,conferred with my wife, always a good idea (!) and then I phoned back to speak to an equally pleasant young lady who took payment and informed me of the delivery time slot. A very amiable courier gentleman duly brought the prescription to my door as promised. I am so grateful to all concerned… you are a breath of fresh air in these weird times. Many thanks…..PAUL

I recently used Pharamcierge and spoke to a pharmacist called Ryan. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even discussed different delivery options to ensure my prescription arrived in a safe and timely manner which worked for me (same day delivery!) The price was very similar to what I'd normally expect to pay for a prescription, delivery was free and the service was excellent - I will definitely consider using pharmacierge again in the future.

Not a patient, but a doctor who has just started prescribing on this platform. It’s so much easier for me than writing and posting paper prescriptions! Great feedback from my patients, too, who appreciate having their medication delivered to their homes. Pharmacierge also go the extra mile in sourcing medications that aren’t in stock, so they do the work in finding it - whereas previously patients would have to visit several pharmacies to find one that stocked the item.

*[SEE EDIT BELOW]* I am not overly impressed with this service in all honesty. When my private psychiatrist recommended it, it sounded a good idea, as you pay for the medication it gets delivered and no hassle with prescriptions. However, prescription was sent to them Thursday, expected a notification by Friday for payment and had nothing.. Waited over the weekend and Monday early afternoon still nothing. Doctors had to call them to be told they definitely sent a notification which only appeared after I chased this?? Managed to pay for medication but there is no way to find out exactly what medication you are paying for as the Payment screen just shows the cost. Also no way to track delivery unless you phone them? Phoned today to check when it will be delivered and not happy since I was expecting it to be delivered today after taking so long to contact me for payment! They are not flexible on delivery times saying it can only be delivered in the morning? So I now have to wait until Saturday for my medication as they will not deliver in the afternoon which is when someone will be in. There are definitely a few things that need sorting with their process to make it easier and less chasing for patients, particularly since private prescriptions are expensive and we pay for this service. *EDIT* I have been contacted swiftly by Pharmacierge about the issues I had been experiencing with this service and am happy to say that the issues have been rectified. A lovely member of the team (sorry cannot remember her name!) clarified the reasons for the delay being that the medication could only be issued once it was written on the appropriate form which explains the delay.. as for the issue with being unable to track your prescription online or find out the medication prescribed , these are issues that I have been assured they are working on which I know would greatly benefit future customers! I am happy with their response and will continue to use the service for future private prescriptions.

This is the most incredible company. They go put of their way to deliver medication even at short notice. Literally within 3 hours of putting through a prescription I had a courier sent to deliver me vital medication. It always arrives exactly when they say it will and always the medication is exactly as ordered. I was also delighted to discover that delivery is free within London. The help centre is always available and the call handlers professional, polite and efficient. This company has taken the stress out of prescriptions during the stressful time of the pandemic. I want to thank them all. They, too, are heroes of the pandemic!

Prescribing is simple and easy. If you need to speak to the pharmacist they are immediately responsive. The service to patients is superb- country wide. When you explain to a patient you can get the medicine rather than a prescription delivered to their door the usual response is “Wow! Wonderful” - the two word review of Phamacierge!

I've now been using Pharmacierge for a couple of years (as a prescriber) and it's genuinely very impressive - They're a knowledgeable, helpful team and provide great service to both prescriber and patient. The Webprescribe online interface is simple/intuitive and secure, and it adapts to your prescribing practice over time so the more you use it the easier it gets. Reliable rapid country wide delivery is also extremely popular with patients - a definite winner, especially in the current climate.

(See edit below) My biggest qualm is that they do NOT listen to the order notes. I am rarely in. I always write to please send via by royal mail so I can collect from the depot that is near me the following day. They insist on sending via DPD no matter how many times I specify RM. Now with the delays I have to wait till after the weekend (an additional 3 days) to get my meds redelivered. And I wont even be in!!! Edit: They do have a great customer service team. They noticed my comments within hours and rectified the situation promptly and made arrangements so it does not happen in the future. I am very pleased with their response.

Received outstanding customer service from Barbara yesterday who went above and beyond in trying to get my prescription fulfilled and dispatched to Ireland. I had a poor experience with miscommunication, however following feedback given to Pharmacierge I received a call from the CEO (at 8pm on a Friday evening which is impressive) to put the problem right. We agreed a solution to resolve the patient's problem and re-established trust on the service. The company also proposed a way forward to prevent further issues and we are now confident this incident will not be repeated. As a business we know we don't always get it 100% right but it is the provider's willingness to address the issue quickly to resolve the patient problem that really counts in the end. Thank you.
