P. S.After a bumpy start as I have a lot of medication that’s sometime difficult to get hold of and Phlo was settling in with the right delivery company, so completely out of their control, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Phlo and their lovely staff, anymore.
They were fantastic throughout lockdown when I was shielding. I’ll continue with them for as long as possible as it saves me when I physically can’t get to the chemist and that, of course, is generally when I need the extra pain meds!
Order it on my phone, couple of days and it’s at the door. I’m not in London nor near a big town so for rural living these guys are perfect.
N. R.Absolutely amazing service. I had a problem with my repeat prescriptions showing on the app and emailed with an image of my paper repeat prescription, around 6 pm on a Friday night. Was pleasantly surprised to see an email reply within 30 minutes that said my prescriptions were passed on and it should be resolved on Monday! Refreshing to receive quick help so easily.
