The friendly and helpful staff offer a first class service and will go the extra mile to get a prescription item that other pharamcies say they cannot get. The premises are light and airy with the shelves well stocked and they have seating should it be needed while you wait.
They also offer a repeat prescription service, home delivery service and vaccination service.

The team went above and beyond to ensure that mine and my son's test result was processed by express delivery due to urgent travel needs. I was even more surprised to receive the results way before the expected date with a follow-up email to check that I received it after hours.

What impressed me most was that they will not sell you the most expensive item for your condition, what they will advise you to buy is what they feel is best for you. She walked me through the whole process and made a difficult and burdensome situation bearable. She was extremely responsive and answered all my emails almost instantly! She hand delivered my family’s 5 covid tests, and then picked them up when we had done them. She was extremely patient and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Pyramid Pharmacy and plan to call Farah again when we come back to London!

I have been coming here for many years, before they changed hands and after, and they offer a top rate service, and will always do their upmost to make sure you have your prescription or receive best advice. I don't give 5* easily, but this pharmacy deserves it. If you want a caring pharmacy, then honestly, look no further.
