Update December 2022 On the whole the service has improved significantly and the staff are friendly and helpful. I do still have issues getting through by phone or email, no matter what time I try. As a disabled customer that relies on medication delivered, this is worrying, especially on the eve of a very long time closed for Christmas and hsving paid for delivery but not receiving it. Update May 2022. I have used this pharmacy for almost 2 years now and after change of management, the service has gone downhill. I used to have my meds delivered and I used to be able to call them to sort out ordering my meds, which are not kept in stock, the old management were wonderful. The new ones no longer answer the phone or reply to emails. I'm stuck without my medication and no way to get it. My GP receptionist are having to step in, and they can't get through to them either. Abysmal service, such a pity they changed hands. Looking for a new pharmacy now. May 2022. Fantastic service. Used to use Lloyds around the corner but found them very unprofessional. Crystal Pharmacy are helpful, professional and always give great service.

A really great asset to our community. This family pharmacy is particularly helpful. Practical and sensible advice given and a lead pharmacist who is on the ball and does his best to resolve any issues to do with communications with the gp surgery.

Bought some moisturiser in the sale - got home and checked the use by date and it 11 months out of date. Make sure you double check before you buy as my purchase ended up in the bin. Staff were nice though.
