Reid’s Pharmacy provided me with an exceptional experience and service second to none. Note this is the first time I’ve felt the need to post a review, if you are looking for good genuine travel advice Reid’s pharmacy will provide that and equip you for your journey.

The pharmacist at reids pharmacy is very nice and has got a box full of experience . The sales attendant is also nice and knows her onions. Thumbs up to you sir.

Unfortunately 5 stars does not do Reid's Pharmacy the justice it deserves! I am due to move abroad and have to get a range of vaccinations. As a big needle-phob this is far from the Friday evening that I would want. Nonetheless due to high recommendations from my own GP I decide that this was where I would get my jabs. Straight away a wonderful and professional greeting by a lovely young lady, from which I was issued paper work for my appointment. Which was shortly followed up by meeting the outstanding Mr Reid himself!! Mr Reid safely escorted me through his facility while seamlessly implementing all COVID safety precautions, making me feel safe and no doubt his staff, and other customers. Mr Reid was fully prepared for my appointment and although I felt I needed every jab under the sun his knowledge and expertise allowed me to better understand what was and wasn't necessary for my voyage. As multiple vaccinations were need Mr Reid explained clearly the combinations that could and couldn't happen and the length of time needed to wait in between vaccines. As a nervous talker Mr Reid allowed me to ramble on and ask a million one questions and sometime be slightly challenging. But after all of this he left me feeling secure in the best course of action based on his professional opinion. Mr Reid then followed through with a range of distraction techniques which fully work and before I knew it I had 3 out 11/15 vaccinations. No pain....just a slight small pinch at the most. I know can't wait for my next appointment and have no fear of the needles coming! I think the only fear in the room may now be that I don't stop talking (Sorry Mr Reid!! :-D ) Mr Reid even gave me a chocolate for being so brave! This appointment was made even sweeter by the discount so generously and kindly applied. This pharmacy is REALLY invested in its customers! I can fully see why this pharmacy has so many accolades. Their customers service, professionalism, genuine care for their customers and the community is evident in all that they do. Furthermore their "go above and beyond attitude" and precise care shows how highly they pride themselves as professionals in their field of medical care providers. Although I live above a pharmacy i will only go to this pharmacy for the experience alone. Thank you Mr Reid and Team, see you all soon. Vanessa.

Went for vaccinations for holiday, excellent service. Everything was explained in detail in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.. Noticed all the award photographs and certificates on the wall which shows how well the pharmacy is run. Would highly recommend Reid"s Pharmacy because of the high standard of customer service.

Terry was very caring and helpful, he did great job explaining before and after process and made me feel relaxed. Other staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Came in with my family to get travel vaccines for travel to Thailand and received plenty of information and guidance on how to keep safe and healthy on holiday. The vaccine administration was done well (couldn't feel a thing), we were given chocolates at the end of the consultation and we felt very welcome. Would definitely recommend!

Very impressed with Reid’s pharmacy. Managed to get an appointment straight away for my flu jab and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Terry knew I was anxious of needles but he was very understanding about it. Before we started he made sure I wanna we comfortable and he put soothing music on to relax and distract me and it worked. He even drew a smiley face on my plaster :) Me and my family have been coming here for years! Highly recommended xx

I was surprised to see that Terry recognized me from when I was a child (I'm now nearly 30..!). We had a very friendly chat preceding the travel appointment. With regards to travel vaccinations - Terry definitely knows his stuff and ensures that you have all the information necessary to remain safe. We were given all the relevant documentation and we discussed all the risk factors and best practice to mitigate those risks as far as possible. The vaccination itself was painless (to our surprise as our last rabies vaccination at another venue wasn't so!), which is a tribute to the skills of the practitioner. Overall an excellent experience - I will definitely be going to Reid's for all future pharmacy needs as I like to support the local business as a resident in the community.

Went to get vaccinations because Boots didn't have what we needed, even though we had asked them in advance. Terry was great - he made our 8yo feel very relaxed and she even said she'd definitely go back for any more vaccinations! Plus he gave us a discount on some anti-mosquito spray. Would definitely recommend!

If there were 10 stars I would give it twenty. 5 Stars does not do this place justice. I could not believe how a small shop like this could be so friendly and helpful. I googled for travel clinic and they came up and they are very close to me. I thought I might as well give them ago and man I am glad I did. The consultant so very professional and kept me laughing all the way through my interview as I was a little anxious it being a place I had never been before. He also saved me a packed with my travel medicines on top of entertaining me with hilarious stories. I have started advertising to others about what a great service you get there. I went for some vaccines. I had an amazing experience, I was made to feel very comfortable and the experience was pain free. I will recommend this Pharmacy to people are afraid of needles. 5* all the way.

Absolutely amazing service! my one year old son had his yellow fever vaccine done here. During the process the Pharmacist gave him a tambourine and he watched nursery rhymes on his computer to distract him from fidgeting. He had already printed out details of where we were travelling to with full info on sun protection, malaria, etc.... highly recommend! will come again

Popped in today, to ask if they could help me fix my Great aunts insulin machine after going to 2 Drs surgeries first with no luck! Within 10 mins the machine was fixed and a full explanation of what had gone wrong and how to prevent it happening again. 2 members of staff who first served me were so helpful and friendly before Mr Reid himself came to my rescue. Also remembering my face from over 20yrs ago when I worked on the same parade! I shall be making a point of going to them now whenever I need a pharmacist.
