I have used this pharmacy for many years. I've always found the staff friendly and accommodating to my needs. They are under a great deal of pressure with more patients but always have my medication ready on time.

The staff are always professional courteous and very helpful. The service is first class and they are a credit and asset to the NHS and my prescriptions are usually ready 99% of the time when l visit...this pharmacy comes highly recommended. Never had any complaints whatever..Well Done !!!!

I have been attending this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and Chris is my favourite pharmacist., but I will also say a big thank you to all the staff old and new who have and are still working there. You really could not ask for more. They are patient and listen to any concerns that you have and offer sound advice, but always clear that you must speak with your doctor. They have always looked after my family especially my mum and for that I am eternally grateful and thankful. When you enter the pharmacy they greet you with a smile and will call you by your name if you are known to them. They will always ask how you are even though they are busy No one is ever ignored. You are one of a kind. Keep up the good work.

This is the best pharmacy ever!!!! The staff is ALWAYS ready to help, they are patience and kind, and most importantly professionals. In the last 5 years they have been helping us more then any GP and they always do it with a smile. I just want to say thank you to all of them who work there.

I’ve been to this pharmacy twice for something that very often women are made to feel ashamed of by pharmacists and I’ve heard horrible stories of shaming and demeaning. I couldn’t have been treated any better by the Italian pharmacist. He was so professional, gentle and understanding. Thank you so much for being such a nice human being. This is a great pharmacy - while I was waiting I saw the incredible treatment of patients and most of the time pharmacists addressed them with lots of respect by their first names. Thank you!

This is the Best pharmacy I've gone to in London. Ive picked up a daily prescription here on and off for 5 years. I have never waited more than 2 -5 minutes to receive my medication every day. The pharmacists are very efficient, friendly, aswell as discreet. I Would like to point out that RUSHEY GREEN PHARMACY is in no way affiliated with doctors office next door ( Rushed green group practice ) Xxx

Just 2 minor slighty negative - (1) Small waiting and queuing area & (2) Would be lovely for staff to contact customers when order precription are ready for collection. Especially when they take the number and said will call when precription has arrived at the pharmacy. Just minor fault. Beside very helpful and friendly staff. A warm atmosphere.
