This is my "go-to" pharmacy. The owners are kind and helpful. I have never seen the rude behavior cited in a few reviews below. When they do not stock something I need, they will order it in. Prescriptions are filled promptly and the place, unlike Boots, is not crowded with people coughing and popping in to buy sandwiches. I've used them for flu shots, prescriptions of all kinds, and sundries. I agree with the person below who said they make you feel like family. That has been my experience. Highly recommended.

Visiting London for a trip to a West End show we discovered my husband had forgotten to pack his Fostair inhaler and was starting to having difficulties with his breathing, we went into the first chemist we came across (Boots) and explained our situation, the Pharmacist informed us we would need to get our Doctor to email the prescription to the shop before she would dispense it, however our Doctor explained they don't do that and the Chemist should provide an emergency in this situation, the Pharmacist disagreed and stated she was under no obligation to do that, she was rude and abrupt and was of no help in a delicate situation. On leaving the shop we happened into this wonderful Chemist.The Pharmacist could not have done more to be of help to us. She had the prescription made up and handed over to my husband within 5 mins. I cannot express my thanks for the very professional, considerate manner in which we were treated, a very stark contrast to the way Boots had treated us, Thank you

I’ve rarely used this pharmacy for some time as I moved away. However, I have popped in a few times recently. They have always been courteous and helpful but the last time was outstanding! I was greeted warmly as ever and looked after not only efficiently but with kindness and understanding. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Went to boots to get a covid test kit, however they made me scan something and then register threw a government website scheme which was not responding to my registration and boots were to busy to care. So went down the road and passed sherlock homes pharmacy and they were quick to help. Thank you to the helpful staff.

I went to Sherlock Holmes Pharmacy to do my PCR test, on Saturday 19th of December. The service was excellent, and the people at the pharmacy very friendly & professional. The test took a couple of minutes and it was a nice experience. I received the results on Sunday the next day (less than 24 hours from the time I took the test). Highly recommended.

I have visited SH pharmacy twice for a covid test travel certificate and each time the service has been excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. On the second occasion I mixed up which covid test was required, and they went beyond the call of duty to provide me with the new test and refund the fare in difference.

This is one very friendly and very knowledgable place. Pharmacy is always a pharmacy but in this case it's different. The service I got and the help that I got goes above and beyond. I own a Pilates studio around the corner from them that deals with injuries and special populations (pre and post natal, scoliosis, bad backs, bad knees, bad shoulders, bad posture, feet...all of it) and they are always there to help me and my clients with whatever we need.
