All the old staff seem to have vanished and what was a wonderful chemist is now decidedly unhelpful establishment - as there are four chemists within less than 100 yards you may imagine that after twenty years I have taken my business elsewhere - you may wish to do the same. So much better now - helpful and kind. What a difference!

Trident Pharmacy, in my opinion (of 58 years) is I have never encountered a more efficient, professional, helpful - and very sympathetic with their customers. I moved to this area just over a year ago and it’s the first pharmacy that remember my name on every visit since. Anyone not giving them 5 stars should look at their part in why they’re not giving them 5 stars.

Quick fast service, in and out in 10 minutes max. No hanging around for 25 minutes plus anymore. Any personal information or questions they wish to discuss is done in private, not over the counter to broadcast to the world.
