m. k.Because I had covid and wasn't feeling well, I called their pharmacy today. The lady on the phone, Alina, listened to me patiently and explained what I should do. I was on the phone for about 10 to 15 minutes and she was so nice to me the entire time, even gave my medications to my friend although I was such a bother to her. I really appreciate how they treat and respond to their customers since contacting and responding to the GP would have taken a lifetime.
L. p.I've been trying to get a specific brand for the past six months, but my doctor won't write it and the pharmacy would give me alternatives . I was able to obtain a six-month prescription and supply for my husband hypertension with the assistance of this lady Elina who assisted me in obtaining the brand I want as well as assisting me with the GP in writing the same medicine. GOD bless you my dear
N. L.Amazing service. I went in to the pharmacy and was seen to straight away with one of the workers giving me consultation (wish i could remember his name.) Within fifteen minutes I had my medication as well as the other members of staff giving me further instructions on what to do to get better.
Highly recommend. Especially coming off the end of two incredibly difficult years for NHS staff, the staff here didn't make me feel rushed in order to get to the next person.

A. F.The pharmacist has been very helpful and responsive as my mum needed meds arranged and delivered quickly.
They are very responsive via email.
The downside is that the phone lines have been now done for a month so unless you are an internet user and / or mobile enough to attend the pharmacy then would be a problem.
N. R.Its my local GP pharmacy. So far in the 7 years we dealt with them, we found them helpful and professional. With the covid they have responded well too by being prompt over email rather than just phone which could be busy. They need to improve on their face mask wearing policy by requiring users to wear face covering, however appreciate this can be a tricky thing given so many people dont wish to be told to follow the face covering guidance. Otherwise very happy with pharmacy.

I have never had any bad experience at this pharmacy and have always found the staff to be super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Tammy in particular is a fantastic lady and the staff always try in every way they can.

K. S.I went to Vicarage Pharmacy yesterday for the first time, and was very impressed. Tammylea (behind the counter) and Aadril (the pharmacist) could not have been more kind and helpful, and quick! The pharmacy itself has its stock laid out clearly so everything is easy to find, and the room is bright with lots of light. I wish it was my local pharmacy!

Very accessible by Romford University Bus Stop for TfL routes of 25, 425, 86 & 308.
Walkable distance of about 10 minutes to WestField & Stratford Railway 🚂 station.
This is just besides the great multi-facility Hospital, the Vicarage Lane Medical Centre of NHS.
