D. M.These reviews don't give the credit the store deserves dealing with covid and avaliable stock issues.
Even doctors surgery's claim to have sent prescriptions that havnt arrived this is a system issue not the chemists fault.
I've never had an issue with this store or its staff especially since the fit one with short brown hair and the ginger one have been there.
The two older women can be prickly but I expect that from there generation.
Maybe some customer service training is required.
Saying that there retirement age maybe replace.
d. b.The staff in this pharmacy are so so lovely. Feel 100% more comfortable popping in here than I do making an actual appointment with my doctor. So approachable and helpful and KIND 🥰 I hope that they see this review and know the impact they had on somebody who walked in feeling anxious, depressed and alone and walked out feeling listened to, helped and validated.
