This pharmacy is WONDERFUL! Outstanding customer service and caring staff. I needed an urgent antigen test for travel, and Farouk stayed late and delayed closing the shop so I could get what I needed. I recommend West London Pharmacy 100%!

I’ve done about 10 COVID tests here and they have been fantastic. They get crazy busy, but they are making it as easy and as efficient as possible. I’m amazed that the staff stays so positive given all that they have to deal with. If you find yourself in a long queue even though you have an appointment remember that the blame lies more with these silly rules than the people that are trying to help you comply with them.

Had to get an emergency fit-to-fly PCR test at 6pm the day before my flight, and I had no appointment. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They put in extra effort to make sure my sample got to the lab within the same evening so that I could receive my result certificate before midnight and I was even given a call of reassurance that my sample was being processed at the lab. Thoroughly positive experience.

Dear West London pharmacy, many thanks for your efficiently managed covid 19 tests we had on Christmas Day A long and cold wait, but well worth it. We uploaded the copies of the test results on to the Eurotunnel website and crossed back home to France without incident A special thanks to Farouk, the gentleman with "Peng" printed on his Christmas jumper. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with lots of pharmacies due to my anxiety, and usually I encounter cold, not remotely simpathetic staff. However, I came in to West London Pharmacy under obvious distress and worry and I was treated kindly and so understandingly. Very good efficient pharmacy, I Always come for my medicines all the staff are very friendly, I needed an emergency Covid test as I’m flying out to Dubai on Sunday, I went to the pharmacy on Thursday and received my results today around 6:20pm. Very fast service. I searched around a lot and couldn’t find any test service for this price, other places are well above £250.

I moved to Chiswick in January 2020, my nearest pharmacy is Boots, but you don’t get the service that you get in west London pharmacy. I walk past 2 more pharmacies as I know I will be getting the best service. Today I got a rapid test, results in just under 15 minutes. Very professional and friendly, the lady behind the till knew what she was talking about. Everyone has a choice of going private or NHS when having a test done, if you can afford to do so, get it quick and conveniently at west London pharmacy

Used WLP for a “Fit to Fly” PCR COVID test. The times were clearly explained and the test was professionally done and the assistant was very helpful and reassuring about the results being sent out. (I had the next day test, submitted my sample at 10:20am, (last tests at 2pm to send off) and had my results at 10am the next day (I had been told by 6pm). They also offer a same day results test.) I’d have no hesitation going back again or recommending WLP.

Very caring pharmacy, I went there to pick up my prescription and to buy some baby milk. Lady behind the counter was very friendly, I explained I needed to speak to the pharmacist and I believe his name is Abbas, I wanted to ask him about travel sickness as I was flying away abroad. He mentioned about covid test kits, I was amazed as I thought it was only done via the government NHS. He explained the procedure and turn around time. I got my covid test done and my results came back the next day in the afternoon, I was amazed as it comes with a fit to fly certificate. I will be Recommended your pharmacy to friends and family.
