D. W.Excellent pharmacy which is open extended hours. They have a large range of stock. The service is decent. Attended recently for COVID jab which was efficient although there was a bit of a wait but everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall a useful local service
c. w.I was able to receive my Covid 19 Booster vaccination very easily here, in and out in five minutes. It is run very efficiently and the space is hygienic and welcoming. I especially want to thank the Black African R.G.N Nurse who gave me my jab today. She told me everything I needed to know and was very professional.
L. B.Westbury has been here for as long as I can remember and is always open late. The pharmacists are reliable and give good advice.
If you are going to the COVID centre you may have to wait around 30 mins even if you have an appointment. In my hour here I have seen temperatures being taken at the door, which is good, unfortunately the device they use has to touch your skin and is not cleaned between uses except rubbing it on a piece of tissue on the table where it sits. That it is placed on the customers necks where they would not have used sanitiser is even more worrying.
Customers are given a free mask if they do not have one
D. N.It'll meet most of your needs, and being larger than normal it has more services than your usual high street chemist would. Overall very useful.

J. W.Feels like there has been an ownership change . Service from the pharmacy has definitely dropped (used to be great and I should have left 5 star reviews). Now very hard to get through on the phone and they no longer seem to acknowledge long term customers in the way they used to. Also they have had the most expensive basic face masks of any pharmacy on the high road. Feels like management is putting profits before service which usually backfires. Having said they the staff on the front desk have a tough job and they handle it well - hence 3 stars rather than 1.
