Cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. I regularly run out of my repeat prescriptions (all my own fault) and they always do everything they can to help. Brilliant vaccination service (I actually didn’t even feel my booster) and well stocked generally. Late opening hours too. So grateful to have this valuable service so close to home.

Popped into the pharmacy to get my booster today, no queue and the staff are so lovely and welcoming. They've been working long hard hours, and giving exemplary service to all. They have all 3 vaccines available. Great for the local community to have such a resource.

I liked this clinic, as it was the place, where everyone could get booster covid Moderna jab fast and without any bookings! They are doing really nice job 7 days per week 8am - 8pm! Highly recommend! And later near the Forest Gate station I saw this handmade Christmas tree, which practically is a street lamp! Let's save trees and be more creative!

I went there for my covid19 vaccination, and I did a walk in. The service was great But the doctor who vaccinated me was the best he has the lightest hand ever. I didn't even feel it and there wasn't even a tiniest spot of blood. Amazing.

It’s busy but understandable given the circumstances and they’re doing an amazing job of getting people their boosters! Once I’d queued I was in an out in five. Definitely try to get an appointment though.

Woodgrange Pharmacy is such an asset to Forest Gate , the management and staff go above and beyond to help customers, during the pandemic they were open constantly, providing advice , medication and support to anyone who went through there doors , the pharmacist is always happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your medication , or any minor concerns you may have regarding your health or symptoms , they are continually providing Covid jabs and many other services , they are open very late , and the staff are polite and friendly , we have been going here since Woodgrange Pharmacy opened and my late mum always said how kind and helpful they were to her on her visits .

I went here for my covid vaccine. Was a bit concerned about what their setup would be, because I have difficulty standing for long periods. But the place was bigger than I expected, had plenty of seats with screens between them, and two consultation rooms set aside for the vaccines. Very smooth and efficient service, and friendly staff.

There is not a review I can leave that will do this place justice. Friendly staff, wide range of products and knowledgeable pharmacists, best of all they never close! On top of all of that they are now providing a Covid 19 vaccination service. Very well organised, hygienic and pain free (apart from the needle bit!). Woodgrange Pharmacy is an asset to the community.

Complete life savers! No other pharmacy in miles open on SUNDAY and this late. After waiting 5 hours for prescription at a hospital, drove miles and this pharmacy was only one open, and with all items in stock. Incredibly polite staff! Highly recommended!

What can I say about my local pharmacy. I have tried all the others but always come back to the team here, it’s been eight years now so they know me and my family and ask after everyone. Guiding us kindly through the childhood asthma, bereavement and heart trouble amongst us. Knowledgeable and accessible (even recommend them to friends further afield as they are next to Wanstead Park train and 58,308,330 bus stop), they are my first stop for health and well-being concerns. They will take you into a side room if it’s a sensitive issue or speak openly and clearly about any topic. They seem a happy team. Especially in these uncertain times and while GP’s are difficult to see, Woodgrange pharmacy you are worth your weight in gold

After being in whipps cross hospital with my son all evening as he had a painful tooth infection we only managed to get out at 10 pm and we quickly Googled open chemists. This chemist came up we drove there because it's open till 10.30 pm. Got there barely 5 minutes before they closed gave them the prescription for anti biotics and liquid ibuprofen and they were absolutely brilliant. So helpful and informative. They gave us 1 made up bottle of anti biotics and 2 extra anti biotics mixtures so that we could make more by adding 125ml of water if the first bottle did not get rid of the infection. Their customer service was excellent and I can honestly say the best chemist I have ever been to. I live in Waltham abbey so the chances of me going there again is slim as this was an emergency situation. But if you live around the area please use this chemist. Thanks guys for your help last night. Much appreciated.

I'm incredibly grateful to Ali at Woodgrange Pharmacy. I was in a great deal of pain and had been messed around by my GP practice who failed to provide an nhs prescription I urgently needed. As a result I had to pay a lot of money for a private prescription. Ali, seeing how unwell and distressed I was, sorted out the private prescription but agreed to refund as soon as I was able to get my nhs prescription. True to his word, I've had a full refund and I'm recovering well with my medication. 5 star service with compassion. Highly recommend!

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and capable, and have good situational/contextual awareness. The pharmacy itself appears to be well-stocked and efficiently run, and opening hours are very accommodating as well. Handily, there are multiple transport options very close by, and even a row of six pay-and-display parking spaces directly opposite the pharmacy.

Very happy they are open longer hours than most pharmacies, as not everyone can go get medication during the time they may be working or studying. Staff are available to answer any questions you may have. They also have a very good amount of stock for items you can buy aswell eg lotion, baby items, painkillers.
