J. G.Since changing to Penenden Heath dispensary We can honestly say it’s a great chemist. The customer service is spot on and the staff always try to be cheerful even when the computer system lets them down which is not often. Nothing is too much trouble and the team even let us know if the qualified dispenser isn’t available for some reason. A previous local chemist let it’s customer base down regularly one way and another so much so you dreaded going into the shop. P Heath is tops… well done the team and thank you for all you do.
j. w.This is without doubt the most reliable friendly pharmacy I have been to. They have given me advice about minor illnesses and injuries without needing to bother the GP. My prescriptions get sent directly to the pharmacy and are generally available the same day. Sometimes the need to order in for the next day or give some and an owing slip but are always very well organised. I have had nothing but excellent service for the last few years
N. M.Changed from hobbs/Lloyd's pharmacy to you this pharmacy. The staff are always going the extra mile to help locate items out of stock, even contacting the surgery for me when pne of my medications was out kf stock and got it altered so I didn't have to do all the running around myself. Even durng lockdown they were awesome and kept the local community medicated. And with my 'wheelbarrow full' between my daughter and me each month, it was incredibly appreciated.
They may be a small pharmacy, but better things come in smaller packages.
