S. T.This establishment has been absolutely amazing. The systems are nowhere near as sophisticated as they could be or should be in terms of communications between services, yet the staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond to do the best they can, maintaining a high level of professionalism as well as staying friendly and polite. They work hard to treat each person as a person and not a number or label. In these stressful and difficult times they have excelled and should be proud. Often problems and complications in communications stem from other services and the pharmacy gets the brunt of it as they are customer facing. They deserve a medal. Thank you for being so kind and patient.

While going through a particularly sad and difficult period they came through for me with their professional approach and helpfulness. Fast and efficient service all round. M. L.Overall, the service is pretty impressive here, but their working hours in the evenings and at weekends could really be extended a bit longer inline with most other pharmacy's. All of the staff are polite and friendly and they offer you a wide range of product knowledge and expertise when it comes down to well-being! I have once been given the wrong parcel, so just ensure that you do have the correct package before leaving.
Update:
Since the reallocation of Abdul M, the new management has changed for the worse and are now, not at all helpful or friendly. It's a shame how the a reputation takes years to build up, but days to break down. I'm changing my initial review score from a 4 to a 3!
Update: May 2020
The pharmacist has changed again, and is really helpful. They are also delivering my medication to me now. I’m changing my review from a 3 back to a 4!

A.I Think some of the reviews on here are extremely unfair and un true, i'v used the pharmacey for just over a year, their extreamly efficient and professional, zen ,Charlotte and the team cant do enough to help, when I was pregnant my GP slipped up and prescribed a anti biotic i was allergic to, It would have made me extreamly ill and possibly harmed my child i was lucky zen picked up on this at the time and contacted my GP to query it and have prescription changed, i was very lucky, since my daughters been born shes got a few conditions and allergies that require regular medicine and the staff at the pharmacy go above and beyond to make sure its available to her. First class service.
M. S.I’ve been in isolation for 56 days now and haven’t been into any shops, I needed to pick up a prescription which I was extremely anxious about.. I told the staff I didn’t really know the rules etc and they were so hopeful and really put me at ease.. It was really nice to feel like they cared about me and they had really good safety measures in place. Thanks guys and stay safe!

J.I would like to say that the staff in blackley pharmacy are the most helpful and pleasant staff one could meet, I have a regular prescription, and sometimes they have it delivered in less than 2 hrs and my Dr's is not even in the area, as I have worked in retail for many years I could not have met such an efficient team from the pharmacist to all the staff in all my time, I have recently started requesting any family prescriptions as I know any problems and an alternative would be sourced by a professional team they all deserve a recognition for their hard work
A.Came in to buy some medicine, pharmacist and staff were very helpful, had excellent social distancing procedures in place, glad to see they're taking it seriously.

j. V.i have been with this pharmacy for a while on electronically medication i have found that the GP surgery seems to sent my medication ad hoc . i have had to call the GP and again the farmacy have again had to chase it up on my behalf.
