PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!! The older handsome pharmacist who never seems to get a day off bless him, is very friendly, professional and helpful. Will go above and beyond to help out with questions, queries and problems if they arise. The main reason I stick with this pharmacy, is the staff. Even though sometimes items might not be in stock. The Gentleman pharmacist literally carried 80 Fresubin meal replacement shakes across the street to my flats, then up to the 3rd floor!! I am very grateful that this pharmacy and the employee went above and beyond to help me out. The box was super heavy, bless him. Thank you.

Great pharmacy! Despite being attached to a less than adequate doctors surgery, the chemists are fantastic. On the multiple occasions when the surgery have mucked up my repeat prescription order, the pharmacy have helped. Even at their busiest, I've never waited longer than 20minutes and most of the time I'm in and out in 5. Really please with every aspect of the service here but would advice anyone to use a different surgery than the one nextdoor.

The staff are always pretty quick and friendly. However when you try to call the pharmacy the phone is never answered which is quite frustrating as then you have no choice but to attend the pharmacy.

My little boy has just had his vaccinations and couldn't fault the nurse. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed through the who procedure. I also visited the pharmacy for my first vaccine which again was very friendly and professional.

Got my second vaccine here- incredibly slick experience. Was vaxxed and starting my 15 min wait before my appointment time had even passed. Nurse and volunteer who checked me in were friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks everyone!

Had my covid vaccine here — I was a little nervous at first but the man was so friendly, patient, and answered my concerns with no judgment, which really helped me feel at ease. Everything was done efficiently and safely, and he also managed to fit in my partner who wasn’t due until later in the day (which saved us an extra hour long trip back)!
