For example, I recently had problems obtaining one of my medications, and a really helpful lady spent a long time on the phone finding an alternative for me - and then contacted my GP. They honestly could not be more helpful. And they also deliver my medications, free of charge, as I’m shielding. Super knowledgable, kind, and helpful.
