l. b.Absolutely excellent service. I have had good service from them re flu jabs & odd bits'n'pieces over the past couple of years.
Last Saturday I got more help - and more accurate, constructive help - here from pharmacists Salma and Jill than I got from a GP callback 'service' a few hours earlier.
Then, after a long day on the phone and internet with my Dr and Nurse Practitioner on Monday - which confirmed what Jill had thought - the pharmacy which is associated with my GP practice were rude and unhelpful when I asked them about delivery of prescribed meds. So this morning I phoned Lancaster Road Pharmacy and they are organising delivery of my meds this afternoon.
Many, many thanks from the elderly lady with shingles!
