Always excellent service from this pharmacy. Friendly knowledgeable staff always ready to offer advice. The shop, which is always well stocked, has a wide range of toiletries, cleaning products and health products available. My prescriptions are always ready for collection when ordered. Services and offers are regularly advertised. Overall, a great service to the community. Thank you to all the staff!

Best pharmacy in the neighbourhood, amazing customer service, friendly staff and very quick turn around times for prescriptions. One particular occasion, I needed my grandads prescription in an emergency and although I phoned at peak closing time I was offered excellent and efficient service where all my needs were catered for. They went above and beyond reassuring me I’d get what I need. Been with them for 10 plus years and would highly recommend anybody to them!

I would highly recommend anyone in the vicinity of the pharmacy to use their services. The staff are friendly and accommodating making the customer service at the pharmacy impeccable. Repeat prescriptions are delivered a week before I run out giving me enough time to make changes. New prescriptions are delivered either the same or next day with a follow up service provided to discuss any side effects or concerns. Very happy with all services provided over the last 10 years.

Very good location, friendly staff but disappointed they do not accept prescriptions via email or fax. I was told they only accept hard copies which can take up to 48 hours and my prescription bounced back. It would help to be up to date with the time and practices.

Excellent service from this Pharmacy during a time of significant pressure. I am a doctor working at RPH on nights or long days since mid- December therefore have been struggling to get lateral flow tests due to National shortage and being unable to attend on first come first served basis. I explained this to the staff here and they kindly took my details and reserved me a box so I could collect at 17:45 one evening. Excellent service, professional and kind staff. I have been using this pharmacy with electronic prescriptions both regular and adhoc for 18 months - no issues, non bounced. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Excellent service, very polite and helpful staff. I always go there for my 3 year old and 11 month old, as I know the staff there go the extra mile to help out. Usually other pharmacies fob me off with products I'm uncertain of when but at this preston pharmacy, I can tell you they reassure me with the details and I know they only recommend what would be the best course. Also they have looked after my dad smashingly over the years, my dad gets to communicate in his language and they have always made him feel at home and comfortable, and ge is always singing high praises of the preaton pharmacy hence why I also started to use them. Just wanted to leave a quick review for one of my local pharmacy for a number of reasons. 1. The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely amazing. There is a lovely sense of community feel as the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and always go above and beyond- even if I’ve popped in for a small buy. It’s also a bonus that they remember you! 2. It’s the only pharmacy within miles that are able to cater for my hard to get hold of prescriptions. These continued to be sourced for me even during the difficult climate when things were uncertain. Nothing is ever too much for the pharmacists. They really are a credit to the NHS and to us. 3. They have adapted extremely well to the pressures of Covid-19 and it’s great to see the measures they have implemented to keep both their lovely staff and patients safe. I purchased a face mask once the lovely staff had explained the difference between the ones on offer. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to all for their efficiency and customer care.

After using 5 other other pharmacys in Preston over the years, I thought I'd give Preston Pharmacy a try; and 5 years later, I haven't looked back. It is the only pharmacy that has always delivered my medication on time, and always gone above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and every question answered. Very professional and helpful. The main pharmacist, Umer , is very competent, knowledgable and always ready to help and provide additional details. He would make regular medication reviews with us and advise on dosages and uses. The pharmacy is far from our place but we have chosen it because of its exellent service for our repeated prescriptions. Some years ago we alternated Longlands with another closer pharmacy, but we got tired of long (above 1 hour) waits for our prescriptions to get ready and from the inpolitness of the staff. With Longlsnds, we rarely wait more than 20 min for the same number of medications (about 20), no matter that we have not ordered them in advance (in contrast with the other one, when we order a day or two in advance and when we come to pick our meds they are not ready). The other members of staff are very attentive and friendly. If you are looking for a quality service, I highly recommend this gem of a place

Ive considered writing a review for this excellent chemist but as many people do they take things for granted rather than thanking people. I myself have used this chemist rather than ones closer to home due to the constant high standard and have 15 years experience with them. I only ever hear praise from all the people who use this chemist.. • They go above and beyond to help the community I have personal experience of this. • Staying open just a few minutes longer once because I really needed the drug so I could pick up because caught in a road block. • stocking medication that I take which is not commonly prescribed despite not having a prescription just based on my word because the prescribers are disorganised and knows it’s a life like for me. • note there is never a high turnover of staff - always a good sign (efficiency, experienced staff who must be working in a happy environment). • Easy to contact them and speak to the pharmacist or other staff to ask questions which are always answered timely • Protecting customers throughout this covid out break with sensible, appropriate ways to protect the customer. Quickly putting in measures to adjust the layout of the chemist and money exchange very sensible. • Risking themselves to carry on providing the service they are so good at • I could go on but please try them and see for yourself how you are looked after. I urge anyone with personal experience of this chemist, of which I know many, to thank them for how they look after the community, don’t be lazy -even if its one sentence - excellent service…., spoke to pharmacist and given good advice etc. they work hard and are just the same as the NHS in these uncertain times. I have know idea who billy is that wrote the negative review down below. They were putting in protective measures for all customers don’t just think about yourself .... think you need to look at bigger picture This is a genuine review due to my positive experience and others I know who use this chemist religiously….. Fantastic service, the only chemist around that will go above and beyond to make sure their prescriptions are ordered, dispensed and delivered on time. Any hard to obtain prescriptions items are available here, whereas other chemists can’t fulfil my full prescription and issue me with owing notes.

I mean thanks for your response but I gave a 3 star review err 3 years ago. I therefore have no idea what prompted me to give the 3 stars (which I would liken to an ok rating, anything below 3 being bad and above exemplary, so it wasn't even a bad review). I probably came in bought some paracetamol and walked out or I might have picked up a prescription, I might have bought some cough medicine ect ect .. Whatever I did that day 3 years ago I had neither a wonderful or horrible experience which is to me a good thing.
