M. P.A brilliant local pharmacy. Mentioned a problem and was offered a blood pressure test(pretty high!) was then offered a 24h monitor there and then as available and all free. Next day I was given a print out and advice, data was also forwarded to GP. Outstanding, It would be hard to get this service from my surgery (moan about NHS underfunding)
This is an inner city pharmacy don’t expect no queue at busy times but when served, you are the most important person.
S. J.After 6pm there is free parking in the car park right next to the shop, at that sort of time the shop is very quiet as well
R. T. (. W.I'm not sure who is running it now, but Bassil Pharmacy has been trading on this site for as long as I can remember. That's partly why I use it, rather than the larger Pharmacy chain that is a similar distance to walk. Bassil were very supportive when I was locked down and needed prescriptions delivered. There's a limited range of products on shelves compared to other Pharmacies, perhaps, but they will have most commonly used over the counter items. Easy wheelchair access via front door, but quite compact inside and not great for mobility scooters. It's a great local pharmacy, that continues to serve the residents of Bedford Place and surrounding areas reasonably well.
