I’ve visited today for my booster jab and what a fantastic set up. All the staff were so polite. I am utterly gob smacked by the 1 star reviews!! I have a message for you individuals.. Be grateful that you live in a country where you actually get a 3rd booster jab, be grateful that you have the NHS staff that are tirelessly putting themselves at risk interacting with so many people administering the jab, be grateful that the nurse giving you your jab could of had to travel miles from home to be posted at the Pharmacy. So what if you had to queue?? Their job is a way of life to them with the ethos of caring for others at the heart of what they do and the rest of us should be eternally grateful to them. And you reward them with a 1 star? Some of you have never posted a review before….Give your head a wobble. Thank you again to the staff and nurses at Alsager Pharmacy, and thank you to the Pharmacy for transforming your place of business into a vacation centre. 😘

I wouldn't go anywhere else now to get my monthly prescriptions dispensed. Mo and his team are super helpful and friendly and I've had both of my Covid vaccinations here too! Highly recommended for anyone looking to get prescriptions dispensed quickly!

Just received my booster jab, The service was excellent, quick, friendly and professional. In and out in under 5 minutes.

Just had my first jab and cannot fault the service. Park at the rear then into the waiting room for a few questions and then around to vaccination area. Everyone masked up and professional, all done in five minutes then asked to sit in car for 15 mins after as precaution.

Went for my first covid jab today. Brilliant staff - very well organised. In and out in under 5 mins - the actual jab taking under 5 seconds! Excellent service.

What can I say ? Apart from 5 stars here for the service I received after a very poor service at the chemist attached to The Cedars. I have a repeat prescription due to Fibromyalgia and various other ailments ,and every time since moving to Alsager have had extremely long waits of up to 7 days , which means running out and suffering the consequences , not nice. After attempting to get my prescription today at 5.30 , it was closed as it’s Wednesday , very archaic in this day and age. Upon driving home I drove past Alsager Pharmacy at 25 Lawton Road, this chemist was still open and doesn’t close until 6.30 , fantastic. I walked in and within 5 minutes my tablets were ready, I couldn’t believe it , what a difference in service. The staff and resident Pharmacist Mohammed were lovely and so helpful . I received exemplary service, good old fashioned personal service. For anyone who is with anyone other pharmacy I would swap. Repeat prescriptions are 72 hours or sooner, and they also deliver too. Anyone on repeat prescriptions I wouldn’t go anywhere else. So glad I found you . Belinda Canny MD Maids in Cheshire

I needed 'vocal zones' for my throat. They had them, other pharmacies did not. They are also a decent pharmacy if you don't want 'vocal zones' for your throat.

A really great pharmacy very helpful staff. Plus if they have not got in what you want they go out of there way to find it for you. My wife and I have had no trouble getting our medications on time also they deliver your items for free and only time. Also they sell clothing ie; Mens Jackets shirts and ties plus many other items you would not find in the usual Pharmacy.

Spoke to the lovely Mohammed and Tina tonight who sorted my best friends pain relief out after she’s been in agony and at the hospital today! Excellent customer service, I don’t even live in the area I’m from the Wirral and they were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Massive massive thank you to these two and all you other wonderful people at the pharmacy xxxx stay fabulous xx
