k. p.I’m sorry to say that my experience was poor.
The young staff were too busy talking about there love life than bothering to notice I had been waiting to be served.
Another time I rang the chemist and asked for advice and got laughed at on the phone I was disqusted at that behaviour.
A. S.Had to pop in to this pharmacy a few times the last couple of days and don’t think I’ve actually known customer service this good. Some of the staff are fairly new and they help each other as much as the customers. All the staff are very respectful and customer focused. A special thank you to Olivia and I think the other young lady was called Courtney, for helping me to set up my prescriptions going direct to the pharmacy and the monthly payment scheme where my prescription costs will be halved. Thank you so much you were all great.

I am very happy to have moved from my previous pharmacy I was at. All my prescriptions are ordered and delivered for Free. Exceptional work and would not use any other pharmacy.

I can’t recommend Steve the Sneyd Pharmacy’s delivery driver highly enough he is always cheerful and helpful. What a great pharmacy to have as our local. When I was allowed out I loved the bargain bins many items just £1.
R.I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Since it has been taken over recently they have always helped the best they can, with my prescriptions. The staff who work there go above and beyond for everything, even if they haven’t got the stock in they try there best on fixing this solution for me. :)

Following a call from the new Manager who took over in the last two weeks, the issues prior to Wednesday were down to previous owners. Wednesday issues were 60/40 misunderstandings, for which they have apologised, he strives to improve customer service, so let’s wait and see

K. W.I cant express how fantastic this pharmacy has become. I use to avoid at all cost when it was Lloyds but since they have changed company and have a new manager i can not believe the turn around. They have a great team and everyone is really helpfull and always welcome you with a smile. I also can not thank them enough for a last minute delivery from there driver steve due to my mother been in hospital and returned home with no medication. Maxine the manager managed to get the prescription from the doctors and deliver no questions asked while i was worried and unable to do this while at work.

D. K.We have used this pharmacy for as long as we have lived in the area, over 29 years and always find the staff more than helpful.
I recently had a problem where my tablets were changed possibly by mistake following a hospital visit, and I was told they were right, despite being under the normal dosage.
I spoke with Rizwana along with my husband, and she confirmed the tablets were not the ones I needed and could cause me a problem with the lower dose.
With this advice I went back to my GP and they were changed back to the ones I was previously on.

Clean and tidy shop, shelves well stocked, very competitive prices, staff always helpful and friendly, nothing is to much trouble, precriptions always ready and waiting for me in store and mother in laws trays always delivered on time. I couldn’t find mousse but to my surprise the staff ordered it and it was their the very next day.... this is local shopping at its best well done to all the hard work in making this shop a great shopping experience
