L.I've had a number of occasions over the last few years and particularly during the period concerning Covid-19 restrictions when I've been extremely grateful for the help provided by this pharmacy. This has offset the deficiencies resulting from the lack of services available from my GP surgery.
Thank you to all the pharmacy staff for the excellent service and professional advice available. It's a personal service where you can ask questions and the advice given is tailored to your needs.
During these difficult times when many people are subject to undue stress, why do some people feel that they can shout louder, in a vulgar inarticulate manner to achieve their goal? Prescribed medications are not dispensed at whim nor necessarily available the minute they have been ordered!
It is a sadness to me that common sense and common courtesy are so lacking in many peoples day to day interaction with service providers.
Treat the staff with respect and you will receive appropriate responses.
