Z. I.I cannot make a critical comment regarding this pharmacy. As a pharmacy it stocks all items you require, counter staff and assistants are always helpful, polite, welcoming and very empathetic with clients. My prescription is always available on time and always complete. The pharmacists are also very helpful, well informed and aware of my health needs. If i change medication under instruction from my GP, the pharmacists always discuss the change and its implications with me and will always contact me to see how i am tolerating the prescription change. I feel that i can ask for advice at anytime and nothing is ever too much trouble. In effect a fantastic service offered by an independent pharmacy and i cannot ask for anything better.
C. R.This is the best pharmacy I have come across. The staff here are wonderful. They really do go above and beyond and have been so helpful. I collect my mothers medication from here and when I've been unwell they've delivered it to her. The young girl from here has even walked over after work to bring my mother antibiotics when I couldn't get there in time. I can't thank them enough for their service. They have really put my mind at ease knowing that they are there for my mother and other vulnerable patients, its not just a business for them and you can tell when someone genuinely cares. On a side note I hate the abhorrent nature of some other customers who I have personally seen act uppity and make demands and blame the staff for what it often the surgeries fault. The staff here do so much, that I can't keep up with all they do for the community, they even do flu jabs, give out home Covid test kits for free. Keep up the good work Malinslee Pharmacy!
