A. B.Can't really fault Cohens as the outlet is usually well stocked for most over the counter items and prescriptions can be sent directly from your GP. The text service indicating that a prescription is ready is very handy and the staff have always been helpful and pleasant.
Just remember that Google doesn't accurately reflect that the pharmacy closes for 1hr between 13:00 & 14:00 hrs.for lunch break.
l. w.We have always used this chemist and the staff are lovely but since we started using the delivery service things have gone wrong and we have been backwards and forwards, I do hope in future we can feel assured our medication can be sorted out without any problems. Otherwise we have always had great service here with caring staff .
J. W.I can't understand some bad reviews as we've always had great service since using this Pharmacy from the first lockdown. Well organised, ensured distance and only two in at once. All this was much welcomed after my last two experiences with a Boots pharmacy and another one. They also text to let you know everything's ready and is prepared quickly

J. B.What a wonderful Group of people. The Cohens Chemist Staff at Westbrook certainly go the extra mile to help customers. My wife and I have just subscribed to the Echo Prescription Service and have been having problems, particularly getting delivery of my Wife's prescription. Echo finally agreed to send the prescription to Cohens and once there the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and processed the prescription and arranged delivery, to support us in self isolation. Such a friendly and efficient Team. Many thanks Margaret and Jim Barber.
S. C.When I moved here I had lots of medication problems In my opinion Chloe sorted it all out. She's patient and kind and an asset to that business . Thankfully my meds are all sorted now and it's a great service, nothing is too much problem to the staff they deserve 5 stars for their customer service alone! I hope more people will rate them high .
PS. Such a shame Chloe left! As for honest reviews not very honest when staff members are giving themselves 5 star ratings. That is cheating!
M. F.This is a fantastic pharmacy! The staff and pharmacists are always willing to go the extra mile and work so hard to keep all their customer base happy! I know this from first hand experience as they have treated me wonderfully and i don't know what i would do without them! 5* pharmacy with 10* staff!!
